Thomas Charles Louis Holt (ur. w 1961 roku) brytyjski pisarz fantasy. Pisuje też powieści historyczne.

Holt ma charakterystyczny styl, pełen humoru i parodii. Jest autorem ponad 20 humorystycznych powieści fantastycznych.
