David Annandale

David Annandale urodził się w Winnipeg, tam dorastał i wciąż do niego wraca. W wieku 16 miesięcy nabawił się zapalenia krtani od gazu łzawiącego podczas zamieszek w Paryżu w maju 1968 roku, co dało mu wczesny wgląd w społeczno-polityczne wstrząsy naszego skonfliktowanego świata. Nadal jednak kocha Paryż i mieszkał tam, a także w Charlottetown (które ma mniej gazu łzawiącego) i Edmonton, gdzie zrobił doktorat z horroru i filmu. Każdego lata przez dwanaście lat pracował w Canadian Interagency Forest Fire Centre. Obecnie wykłada film i literaturę na Uniwersytecie w Manitobie.
